How to create a public forms and online surveys?

You can use public forms for online surveys that can be sent to your customers or employees. All created Formyoula forms can be embedded on your website. All the collected information can be stored in Salesforce. You can even create multiple linked Salesforce records with a single Formyoula form.

To create Public Connection:

1. Go to your Dashboard

2. Click Action button and choose "Add/Edit Connections"

3. On the top right corner select "Public Form/Survey" and press "Create Connection".

4. Use the "Share Link" to share your form online or copy the short code to embed your form on a website.

Form Redirect - URL that will take a user to a specific page when they will complete the survey. 

Form Logo - here you can add your company logo.

Form BG Colour -here you can specify the form background colour.
For example, you can use “Blue” or “LightGreen”. Make sure if the colour name consists of more than one word, than it needs to be written together. Or alternatively use hexadecimal value.
