April 22, 2014

Creating new forms with Formyoula is a quick and straightforward. Checklists, surveys, inspections and more. Simply choose what type of data you want to capture, text, numbers, customer signatures, and drop it into your form!

To start, login at Formyoula.com/login or signup at Formyoula.com/register

When on your dashboard, click the "New Form" button.

This will open the form builder page, where you can start creating your new form.

You can rename your form by clicking the "Rename" button. To start adding form questions, you will need to create your first page. Enter your page name in the "New Page" placeholder input and click the "+" button. You can create a single page form or build a multi page form wizard. You can drag and drop pages to change their order.

Now that we have a new page called "Details", we can start adding new form questions.

Add new form questions by dragging and dropping them from the available question list on the right. You can select from three input groups where you will find your standard form questions, as well as signature and media inputs.

Form questions can be edited by clicking the pencil button. Here you can edit each questions details and change their label.

When you have finished editing your form click the "Save & Close" button.

Your new form will be instantly available on your mobile device.
